Most interviews consists of 3 scenario based questions, these usually involve questions based around people management. After this it is usually just a general chit chat around your experience and etc.

A new starters who is still withing their 6 month probation is struggling to be signed off from being a trainee (expected to be a 3 month process) how do you handle this situation?
The interview Process was well done with a positive experience. I had a good knowledge what was expected and the pre-interview was very informative. I was informed what was required during the interview.
