Interview process was great, kept me up to date, quick turnarounds etc. - until the final interview. During the tech test the interviewers had never used my coding language, and so were almost entirely silent during my 45 minute tech test. This was frustrating but acceptable, but what really pissed me off was after my interview, I received an automated email thanking me for my application, telling me I was not successful, thanking me for my time etc. It's fine that I was rejected, but why suddenly use a bot to reject me this far into the process instead of even a two line email from a person to let me know? I emailed two times to follow up asking for any feedback so I could improve for future interviews, but was totally ignored. To this day I still have no idea where I went wrong.

A number of processes took place. Started with a phone screening, then a video interview. After the video interview I was given a task to do. Upon completion it was reviewed by the guys I would be working with and invited for a face to face. The offer came next.
