Brief phonecall interview followed by a video interview. Asked if I was familiar with the shop environment and comfortable with gambling. General customer service based questions. Video interview lasted approx. 15-20mins. Section with 7 maths based questions and plenty of time given. Another section where sportspeople are named and asked to link their associated sport.

Application was made online through the paddy power website. I was then contacted through email where I was given 3 days to complete an aptitude test, consisting of 3 games related to maths and verbal reasoning, Followed by a video recorded interview asking about a time I went above and beyond in a previous role. Once I passed that stage I was then contacted by a talent acquisition specialist who invited me to an online interview which lasted 40 minutes. This consisted of 10/11 questions which were competency based. The final step was sending 2 references to the acquisition specialist.
