The interview was very easy process and not too formal. The interviewer was very kind and polite and explaining about the benefits of joining the company along with career progression. Full training would be provided to students without prior experience.
Area manager is rude, process is longer than it needs to be. Working in a bookies is not rocket science yet they treat it as though it is. Wouldn't recommend.

Approximately 30 situational questions on online test, virtual interview with a member of HR (use STAR method to answer questions), informal chat with store manager to talk more about yourself so that they can see whether you’d be a good fit in their team.

Interview through Zoom . Relaxed and informative . Time flew , I didn't realise the time spent on the interview . I got good feedback and offer within an hour of finishing .
