PVH Corp. interview questions

An HR person reached out to me through email for a phone interview. I spoke with her on the phone a few days later and she asked me to come in to meet in person. The interview seemed to go well and she seemed positive that I would meet with the manager next. She told me she would get back to me within a few days. I followed up a week later with an email with still no response. I put it in my mind that I didn't get the job since there was not even note that they are still in the process of deciding. If only companies would have more respect for people and at least give them a rejection email or a status especially if they give you a date that they will follow up.
