The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PVH Corp. in Dec 2018
Interview
The HR department is very unprofessional. They asked unnecessary and irrelevant questions and jumped from one question to another without showing any interest or attention to what the interviewee is saying. The internship application process also requires more steps than much bigger companies, which is demotivating.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at PVH Corp. in Mar 2017
Interview
I got only one interview with my actual boss and HR team. I was asked to talk about my previous job, language skills and the reason why I want to change job.

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PVH Corp. (Hon) in Oct 2018
Interview
I write this for feedback to PVH, besides I hope this can help potential candidate to be aware of the practice of PVH. I hope PVH management can read this review and improve for the respect to sincere candidates who are commit and serious in the selection process.
I received a call from PVH recruitment manager about the opportunity in early Oct 2018. We talked for more than an hour and she appeared high level of interest in my profile. Then quickly I was invited for meeting with the hiring manager of Global Supply Chain on a public holiday, the interview was in a very personal style for 3 hour including lunch. We discussed everything including my current package and expectation clearly (my expectation is a simple and reasonable one) again the hiring manager demonstrated high interest with my background and experience. She explicitly talked about that she is ready to pay for highly capable candidate, she indicated that she has the authority in making decision as this role is her direct report including the compensation package. And she indicated she want to move fast and I might need to prepare to join handover meeting in end of November with current job holder. So it sounds highly positive, right? I trusted in her as she was very supportive and she implied she owns the decision including the offer which can meet my expectation.
Next steps included meeting with peers group, with the HR of the commercial entity, and lastly with the Global C&B. Everything went well with very positive feedback. With each interview we talked about my current compensation and expectation for this role clearly. There was never a signal or discussion about that they have budget concern.
All processes were complete in late November. The first offer was in verbal, a worse-off package which did not cover one of my major expectation which PVH must be fully aware. I feedback and raised my concern. In the second offer it was still worse-off, the recruitment manager asked me to give her 2 more days for further discussion with the hiring manager. Finally, she called me after 4 days in late evening and told me that they decided not to move on, they called for taking back the offer but not discussion because of budget constrain. Ridiculous! This is tricky! You should know your budget before your start the selection process, you should check and align with candidate as soon as you know if you have budget limitation before further proceeding. As a human I have the right to know so that I can decide if I want to continue the process. I do not know what I need to know when the selection process was going on. You wasted my time and your time. PVH talent acquisition practice is lacking of profession, fairness, respect and maturity. The whole process took me almost 3 months, gave false hope, did not align with candidate on the expectation as it should be.
I do not regret not to move on and join PVH, you gave me sufficient room to observe PVH HR practice which is not up to required standard.
