PVH has an incredibly efficient interview process. Corporate recruitment at its best. I went through 6 interviews altogether. The recruitment team is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and personable. From the initial conversation throughout interviews with Key Stakeholders, the process was extremely thorough. During this pandemic, they have succeeded immensely with video interviews. Fair to say that for PVH what matters the most is the candidate’s knowledge on the subject matter, personality and communication skills.

Interview
Je doorloopt het sollicitatieprocedure met meerdere gespreksrondes voordat je wordt aangenomen. Het eerste gesprek is vooral oriënterend terwijl tijdens het tweede sollicitatiegesprek dieper ingegaan wordt op de functie-eisen en je capaciteiten. Tijdens de tweede ronde moet je ook een persoonlijkheidstest afleggen en een case/assessment voorbereiden. Derde ronde is een uitnodiging voor het arbeidsvoorwaardengesprek.

Interview
During the whole recruitment process (4 interviews) I had the impression that they are only looking to understand what they can get from me, totally regardless of my professional ambitions. The interview process was quick, but it took a few weeks longer for them to get back to me with feedback, they kept postponing. The feedback given by the recruiter was nothing concrete that I could actually improve on, but very vague and slightly misrepresenting my professional background. Overall poor experience.
