Interviewed in Moscow, Russia.
First interview was with HR Director followed by 2 interviews with GM (his own request - one initial and other in-depth after the talk with global head of Brand Marketing) and a head of global Brand marketing.

- Specific projects, challenges, solutions, comm channels, tools etc. Pretty much a holistic overview of your background
- Team management experience
- X-functional collaboration
- Gobal/Local relationship
- Business acumen, Budget and PnL management
- Project management
