It was a behavioral interview, there were no technical questions outside of your experience with different systems. There were 2 rounds, the first with the hiring manager and then their manager after that. Only took a few weeks to get through the process and it was all online interviews through teams.
They reached out and we spoke via Zoom call. I met with different members of the team. Pretty informal. Low stakes. The people seemed nice and like they liked their company.
The interview process consisted of a phone call with HR followed by multiple 1 on 1 interviews in-person. Mainly behavioral/talking about resume and experiences. Not based in demonstrating technical skills etc. Everyone was pleasant and it was a pretty straight-forward process.
