I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PPD in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied for a position online January 13, received an email from a PPD HR recruiter on January 16 to see when she could have a phone interview. We spoke on the phone for about 40-45 minutes on January 19. We spoke mostly about the job benefits and any questions I had about the company and position. She asked a few questions about my resume but nothing too technical. I was scheduled for an on-site interview on January 21 in the afternoon. There I met with 5 people, 3 of which had a packet of questions. The other 2 merely asked me some questions about myself (I think they were added last minute). I was there for a total of about 3 hours. I received a lab tour on top of a few technical questions and a total of 12 behavioral style formatted questions (4 questions per interview person that had a packet of questions). Everyone was very polite. At the conclusion, the HR recruiter I spoke with on the phone came over to speak with me and let me know I would hear from them soon by phone or email.

Question 1
Most behavioral style questions were consumer oriented, such as "you encountered a customer who had an issue with the product, what did you do to remedy the situation?"
