The first part is talking on the phone with a HR/Recruiter who is explainig about the company and the position and then asking you questions for example why do you want the job, do you have any questions regarding the job. After you pass that interview the second part is scheduled with the managers. There they are asking you various behavioral and other questions. What was my previous job like and my responsibilities there? What are my weaknesses? What do I think will be the most difficult part from my job? All went good. The interviewers were all very calm and positive people. There wasn't any tension.
