PPD interviews FAQs
Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
Normal interview process, phone and in the office. I heard back after a couple of days. The office interview consisted of tests - excel and math problems for an hour followed up with interview with the managers for another hour.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at PPD in Dec 2021
Interview
Very organized process and consistent communication.
First, a 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter, then a couple of days later I was scheduled for one-on-one video interviews with 5 individuals. I was given the choice to either complete all interviews in one day or have them spread out. I completed all interviews at once and the process took around 3 hours. Each interview was very casual with a couple of STAR questions. Received an offer a couple of weeks later.
