I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PPD (Durham, NC) in Feb 2022
Interview
Nice interviewers. SAS questions: SAS merging, removing duplicates. The interview process went well in general, but the job requires not simply statistical programming, but also analytical capabilities. Knowledge about different programming languages.
I applied online. I interviewed at PPD (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
I have applied for a project coordinator position and they contacted me via email. On the title, they wrote: your application for a project coordinator position. Anyway, we made a phone call appointment. First of all, they called me 10 mins late. I did not say anything because maybe the person who called me had something important but still I do not think that it is professional. They started the interview by calling the position "project coordinator" position and in the middle of the interview, they started slowly to call it "Clinical Trial Coordinator" which has nothing to do with project coordination. I believe any HR who has a little bit of experience knows the difference between these two positions. When I asked them why do they call it now differently, they said that is how we call it internally and this is what will be written on your contract. I said, but you advertised the position as a project coordinator position and now you are saying something else. The interviewer said, "yeah we are going through a change and I can not change what will be written on your contract. Do you want the job or not?". The least professional company I have ever seen.
general classic interview
It has two rounds: The first round is a call interview and the second is a video interview on teams.
The HR and everyone are pretty nice.
That was a nice interview experience.
