I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PPD in Oct 2021
Interview
Initial interview with HR. Standard questions. Second interview (1h) with managers. After two months I was still waiting for a answer. I had to press HR to learn their decision. Very disrespectful.

Question 1
Second interview was really intense, I felt like I was run by a car afterwards. The line of questions was describing scenarios (tell me about a time you fail on something, tell me how your contribute was vital for a project…).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PPD (Wilmington, NC) in Apr 2022
Interview
There were four 30-45 minutes interviews which included a recruiter, hiring manager, peer and the VP of HR. They were very personable and genuinely interested in what I had to say. Not the typical scripted “Tell me about a time” interview. They listened and really wanted to know about me. Best interview/team ever!
Apply online and get an interview invitation from HR. 3 consecutive interviews in one day. One with the Programming Managers, one with Statisticians, one with other programmers. Have coding test and general questions and CV questions.
