Interview
I submitted my application online and received an invitation for a telephone interview 1 week later. The phone interview was very short and comfortable (~20 Minutes) with an HR representative. I was mostly informed about the specifics of the position. I was asked to discuss my background, strengths and weaknesses, and knowledge of the company and position.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PPD (Richmond, VA) in May 2011
Interview
Started with phone interview with Internal Recruiter, then pass along to a phone interview with Director which was scheduled a week later, then Human Resources for a telephone interview. At that point, I was then asked on-site for group interview which was challenging with so many different personalities and titles in the room, but managed successfully nonetheless.
