Interview
Panel style interviews with 5 panelists that are conversational. Long interviews typical of the industry but helpful that you meet with multiple cross functional positions. They also provide a lot of opportunity to ask questions.
PPD conducts a panel interview for the project manager role with a couple different managers, organized at the same time. The interview is completed virtually. I put my camera on.
A bit vague when answer questions about company health and turnover. Interview was straightforward outside of that. General questions will be asked and be prepared with real life examples of problems and how to solve them.
Interview process consisted of two separate interviews. First interview was with one Director and was what one would expect from a typical interview. Called for second interview consisting of scenarios with two Directors.
