I applied online. I interviewed at PIRCH (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
About interview: the whole process is smooth, swift and professional.
I applied online, and was contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview in a few days. The interview questions are fairly typical, including: 1) describing my past experience ; 2) What are you looking for etc. After one or two days, the HR emailed me to schedule an onsite interview.
On the day of the onsite interview, the HR who interviewed me on phone received me and talked with me until the HM comes. She introduced to me her background, the department I will be working in, and talk about the weathers & traffic. This did help to make me feel at ease.
During the interview, I met and talked with two leads from the department. The interview process is no difference from a regular conversation. Just put yourself in their shoes and think about the position, what they need, what you can help add value. There are no particular hard questions, as I recalled. Overall, it's a very good experience.

Question 1
Can't remember this, really no different one as long as you have the related experience.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PIRCH (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2016
Interview
It was a series of three in person interviews, each after a brief conversation with them prior to the meeting. Once I received the go ahead, then everything was handled by corporate HR.
Thank you for the feedback and would love to understand more about your interview. The candidate experience we give is very important to us at PIRCH. Please feel free to reach out to me directly, Jennifer at 858. 239.4457.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PIRCH (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
Direct management asked some off topic questions that made you feel uncomfortable. When interviewed by corporate management a lot more specific and insight to the company. Whole interview process took about a month (too long in my books).
