Interview
I was referred to the hiring manager by a college fellow student who completed her internship and undergraduate thesis under this manager shortly prior to the 2002 oil strike. I was called to work in two month later, as a temporary staff. Later, after psych technical and background checks, I was hired as a permanent staff.

Apart of some technical discussions that would serve to gauge my fitness as an entry level professional, the only question asked that somewhat could have a political undertone was something like "what do you feel about the oil strike?" .
