PAE Performance Management Specialist interview questions

The interview took place via skype or phone screen . There was three staff in a panel one from dubai and other two from the working site . Questions were asked mainly on my back work experience and presentation on what I experience I have had on the past .The interview took approximately 20 min and still waiting for the answer back of the recruiter.
