Applied online through their main site and was contacted by a recruiter via email roughly 2 weeks later.
Recruiter emailed screening questions, and that was followed up by a 10 minute screening phone call.
All info/documents were then forwarded to the hiring manager's assistant, and roughly 3 days later they reached out to schedule a phone interview for the position.
The interview itself was very standard and straightforward. Tell us about yourself, walk us through your resume, what makes you a good fit for this position? Lastly, do you have any questions for us?
My interview was this morning (9/22/20), so I haven't yet heard whether or not, however I will update once I know.
Overall, the process was pretty standard. Everyone person I've spoken with throughout the process has been kind and helpful. Overall, my hiring experience with PAE has been pleasant, regardless of the outcome.
UPDATE 9/24/20
I was contacted by my recruiter the next day and was told that I wasn't selected for the position I initially applied/interviewed for. However, she did offer me a Tradesman position and sent me the link, telling me to apply so they could begin the offer process.
I applied and received my official offer letter a few hours later from a deployment coordinator. From there it's all physicals, forms to fill out and sign, and drug test/background check. They'll also verify your clearance again at this step (if your position requires that you have one).
I'd recommend PAE to anyone who's considering applying.
