Oracle Member Technical Staff interview questions

worst experience , They called for the interview without telling about what interview process will be. After reaching there , one Mgr came and told need to go through machine coding round. Made me wait for system (lol :D , dint have system to code). After 30 -45 Min , they gave problem to solve. 3 Problems : 4 Hrs. They themselves dint know who had set those Qs :). Terrible. After finishing , hr called me for f2f , one Russian person with 2 senior mgrs took interview for 2 Hrs. All simple Qs , Then said , they need someone for Test frwk maintenance , (huuuuh) They dint know Qs properly to ask as well. Then week no response , after calling HR , says not selected , not knowing reasons as well . Pathetic. Be Sure before going to such interviews.
