Oracle Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

DSA and system design questions were asked in 4 technical rounds. Interviewers were friendly. Had to give full working code. No restriction on coding language. Extended verbal offer and said will get final offer letter in 3 weeks. Its been more than 3 months, still havent received offer letter. HR told in between there were budget issue. Would recommend not interviewing for this company, as they dont seem to value candidates time and are notorious for not extending offer letter on time

Overall 3 back to back rounds. First 2 rounds were coding based. In 3rd round design pattern question was asked to implement. In the third round interviewer told that previous rounds feedback is positive and in the last round even after implementing the requirements correctly they simply rejected. Was not sure what they are looking for.
