I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle
Interview
Very professional and quick process. I had 3 conference calls with various managers that were set up over 2 days. On the 3rd day I was told to fly to DC for a F2F with a couple other folks. Once that was done the HR team called me and said that they would be giving me an offer contingent to my background checks etc. That entire process lasted about 3 weeks and an offer was made.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None, they were basic situational questions about dealing with clients and what my reaction would be in the certain consulting situation. I was also asked about the oracle suites that I would implementing with respect to the product knowledge and also some differences with the competitors.
Prescreen was easy but i don see it too much for me to understand it but I still don’t know what to think about this position and the situation of the team in general but I’m excited to see what the future holds
Three step process interview and last round is a longer day of rounds with different people at the company. This SuperDay is in collaboration with plenty of other interviewees as well
The interview process at Oracle was professional and well-organized. After applying online, I was invited to a virtual group interview where I had the chance to collaborate with other candidates and answer behavioral questions. The recruiters did a good job of making the environment feel welcoming and gave everyone an opportunity to speak.
The focus was mostly on communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving. It wasn’t overly technical, but they were looking for candidates who could think on their feet and work well in a team setting.
