I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Dublín, Dublín) in Apr 2011
Interview
I contacted one of their recruiters for the BDC position because joining Oracle seemed extremely interesting in terms of perspectives. Although, the company is offering really good trainings and many perks, it remains very traditional and quite far off from Google or Apple. They took incredibly good care of us and I must say going there was a really interesting experience.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Burlington, MA) in May 2011
Interview
Applied through school career website, linkedin, as well as Oracle's career site. Received screener phone interview from HR, then interviewed with 3 regional managers, and had a final in person interview with the director of business development.
They acknowledge the fact that they're a great company and have referred to it a couple of times throughout my interview process. Oracle wants applicants who are enthusiastic about the position and company, because they are confident that they can easily replace you with someone else who would be dying for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening. I talked with a hiring manager approximately one week later and things went well. He was a stand up guy and we talked very casually about the position and what a potential career at Oracle would look like when your starting as a BDC. I then had an interview with another hiring manager who was much less talkative and significantly less interested in anything I had to say. I felt very positive at the end of the interview because all of the same questions were asked again by hiring manager number two. I received a phone call/voicemail today stating that they were not moving forward with me.
