I applied for the job on the website and then a recruiter called me. First, we had a laid back phone interview that was mostly informational. Next, I had a Zoom interview where I had 3 back-to-back-to-back 30 minute interviews in which the interviewers asked mostly emotional or feeling questions. It was an odd experience.

Interview
Had an initial interview with the recruiter then moved on to the next round where I interviewed with 2 different sales managers. Very behavioral questions, they want to know how you work with others and your interest in sales. Had a pleasant experience overall but the recruiter did not reply to any of my follow up emails. Got a rejection a month later.

The process was very good and quick, the interview with the hiring manager is critical and most of the questions are behavioral .
