Question 1
The interviewer said: I can ask you technical questions. But I think that is a worthless exercise. anyone who has been in industry for some duration knows how to google around. so lets get into some other aspects. how has been your experience in this industry.
-- the question created a kind of unexpected atmosphere and the question was too wide to discuss
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Reston, VA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Two day interview, starting with a banquet dinner then followed by a full day interview the next day. Full day interview includes a case study, and two in person interviews. Everything is very relaxed and you can do the case study at your own pace. Once all waves of candidates are handled you will get a call from the hiring manager with your offer, usually about a month after your interview.

The case study will be deceptively simple. Use this as an opportunity to show off what you know.
