I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2022
Interview
4 interviews
First HR screening where you go over the resume and see if you are fit for the role.
2 technical interviews, one of them is standard technical questions, coding questions, some easy SQL queries. The other one went more conversational than question answers style.
Last one was a behavioral with a director.
HR was engaging and accommodating throughout the process. I was abroad during so I had a time difference, even though I explicitly told them that I can do any time, they went back and forth with me to do it at a better time for me. Much appreciated.
The process was slow but they never left me hanging. HR answered all my questions very clearly, and gave me updates about the process regularly. At the end, they even gave me more than my ask as an offer which made me feel valued and appreciated.
There were three rounds
1st was written round which was mostly same like any other company's test
2nd was technical interview which targeted your basics in OOPS, DSA, OS, DBMS. The interviewer also made me write a code in OOPS.
3rd was generally managerial+hr round which was just to check your compatibility for the company.
