Oracle Applications Software Developer I interview questions

Most disorganized interview process . First HR tells you dn't have written test , on appearing they made me sit in cafeteria and write programs are you kidding me ??? Written exam for 4 years exp !!! And questions were simple recursion , factorial !! What are you looking for buddy ??? Its best to hire college freshman rather than experienced persons . request to interviewers please dn't think you guys are on top of the world asking whatever you feel like !!!! Dnt judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree.. Ask what you need rather than whatever question you guys mugged up !!!

first round was online test consisted of aptitude and CS questions. 2nd round was a technical round. 3rd is an HR round. In technical round they asked questions from my resume , project. They asked all basic conceptual questions on CS topics. I got out after this round
