Oracle Account Executive interview questions

The interviews were very direct and timely. The whole interview process took about 3 weeks total. There was a lot of focus on team culture and hiring for the right person, which is different from Oracle in the past. Ultimately the team was not a fit for me but I am glad they're doing their due dilligence!

Focus on what you can contribute to the organization rather than your sales numbers. The team cares that you are coachable and motivated and cares less about your previous successes.
