Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They are looking for hunter, aggressive, challenger types. Filled out some silly questionnaire and took an online personality assessment. They didn't ask anything unusual, probably because they are the least creative people ever.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OpenTable (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview process was clear, well‑structured, and genuinely positive from start to finish. Communication was consistently strong—they provided timely updates, set clear expectations, and made each step easy to navigate. Everyone I interacted with was warm and encouraging, creating an environment that felt supportive rather than stressful. Overall, the experience reflected a team that values transparency, professionalism, and a welcoming approach.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the key questions they asked was about how I approach problem‑solving in challenging situations. They were genuinely interested in understanding not just the solution, but the thought process behind it, which made the conversation feel thoughtful and engaging.
Initial HR Chat about previous experience and basic skills and knowledge check. Asked about background and also to check for the role, asked about salary expectations too. Then told about rest of interview process
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OpenTable (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2024
Interview
Very welcoming and the team has been very kind during the process. The provided feedback quickly. They have multiple rounds, but they made sure you were well prepared. The recruiter made sure we had calls before all rounds to make sure I felt comfortable.
