Was asked to meet in a small trailer building where I waiting for a long period of time after arriving promptly on time for the interview. There were two separate interviews. The first was pleasant and informational. She was personable and had a sense of humor...which I really enjoyed because well...why shouldn't you be an example of what you wish to hire?? But...the second interview was awful..she came in knowing I applied for Front desk but was offering a different position all together...I didn't like that. The lady seemed very snooty, frigid and unapproachable as she yammered on and on. She didn't give me any time to really talk or present who I am and what I would bring to the department if hired. She didn't provide me any new information that the interviewer before her didn't already give me. I tried my best to keep interested in the thought of even being employed next to her and went as far as to ask questions about her own goals as a supervisor/department manager to try and get to know her a bit..asked her what 3 top most important things she wished for me to know...all I herd was blah blah blah. I lost interest in wanting the position that I applied for very quickly into my interview with her. I would personally rather work with people who aren't so dry in humor or personality. It just makes work life so dull. Who wants that???
