Interview process was a complete waste of time, with a completely uninterested HR manager doing the interview. I received a list of questions to my email, which was the entire interview. I had to go to the hotel anyway so she could...see what I looked like? She didn't ask me a single question. She only read through the interview sheet and confirmed my responses. Whenever I tried to initiate conversation she interrupted me and said it wasn't necessary to discuss my qualifications. Even though that's what an interview is? Why did I drive an hour there and back for that? Then I get the automated rejection email a few days later, despite being massively overqualified. Of course, I disclosed a medical condition (that unfortunately I can't hide), so I suspect that is the reason for the rejection, they just preferred to waste my time. Clearly I was qualified enough to reach out to in the first place, so what could be the reason for the ten second interview? Discriminatory hiring practices is the only explanation. I almost didn't accept the offer for an interview when they sent a word document of questions to email back. That alone was really weird, but I guess HR is really just that lazy now. Don't waste your time with this company.
