Omni Hotels interview questions

I applied online, got a phone call from someone on the other side of the country to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was 9 minutes and sounded rush and disinterested. She wanted to schedule an in person interview but she was on the other side of the country from the hotel I applied for (same as myself) They also didn't have the dollar amount on the job listing so she sheepishly asked "is 18/hour ok?" and I had to pretend it was out of politeness. They kept sending me texts about interviews and I never reached out to set up an in person interview as I lost interest and found another position that paid more. Eventually they sent me a rejection notice for the job I mentally rejected a month prior.

They were quick to call back after applying to setup an interview. The hiring manager seemed demanding even during the interview process. He seemed to put a lot of pressure on a smaller crew so he could get his bonus. Glad they didn’t follow up,
