I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Omni Hotels (Denver, CO) in Jul 2012
Interview
I have applied to this company for years and never got a call back. Once I included a cover letter I received a call within the hour. I was asked to come in for an interview and fill out a paper job application. I preceded to have an interview with an HR employee. She asked questions from a piece of paper and wrote down my answers. She asked basic questions like: "Why do you want to work here?", "Can you work any schedule?", and "describe a time when you have to provide exceptional customer service to an angry guest.". After the interview she called the Spa and asked if the Spa Director was available to meet me. The director came to meet me and we went to talk outside the spa. She was very nice and seemed accommodating. We set up a time for me to come back and perform (2) 50 min massages 1 Deep tissue, and 1 Swedish.

Question 1
The only thing that was unexpected was being asked to do two massages instead of one. I have interviewed for Las Vegas resorts and have only been asked to do one.
Meet with HR first to see of you align with the companies values. If so, you will then move on to a supervisor of the department you are interviewing for.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Omni Hotels
Interview
After submitting application, two phone interviews, one a personality test, then narrowed down to 25 person group interview, all day and into evening, totaling 15 hours, 13 at the facility, 2 on the phone. Individually interviewed by 3 different people. They were very professional and handled the group interview process with skill, efficiency, and variety of speakers. They left very little, if anything, unanswered. The Q&A section mainly consisted of repeating information previously stated or of a specific individual concern. The catered lunch was generous and tasty. They were very skilled at asking questions to discern personality traits, work ethics and employment motives I interviewed under KSL Resorts ownership not Omni Hotels.
