HR interviewed then department manager conducted the second interview. It was a pretty quick and smooth interview process. I believe if you have some hospitality experience and some education you will be fine. But it all comes down to the position you are applying for too.

Interview
I was reached out to from an employee through LinkedIn about current positions available and if I was interested in coming back to the hotel industry and I was! I applied within 48hrs and got a confirmation email for a interview. I interviewed with HR then the Housekeeping Managers, then Director of Operations same day. I had to schedule another interview with the GM which is usually the last step. I interviewed next week with the GM and received a offer a couple hours later through email.

Interview
I think the interview went well, she asked me like 4 questions and said she would be in contact with me but she had other interviews to do so I pray I get a call back. I think I did a great job every answer I gave she said it was good and was smiling and seemed really interesting in me.
