I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Omni Hotels (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interview was a normal interview from a hotel employer. They ask you to fill out an online questionnaire and then interview you. You should dress appropriately as they might decide to hire you on the spot. They are very quick in their process of hiring which is a plus for anyone in the hospitality industry. The interviewer was kind and asked normal questions about experience and so forth.
