Way too laid back and extremely unprofessional. I felt as if I was grabbing a cup of coffee with the mean girls of my high school class. I walked in and tried introducing myself to the cashier and she would not even look at me in the eye once she realized I was not a costumer. Absolutely no personality whatsoever on anyone there. I cut the interview short as I was not making any connection with either of the interviewers. By far the worst interview I have had so far.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2013
Interview
one on one back then now in group interviews now. Long orientation process really need to break it down
training is really simple and easy. Weekend availability must.
might get first weekend of the month off. Know their competition
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy in Jul 2009
Interview
This was a 3 step interview process beginning with a phone screen. I was then interviewed face to face by a campus recruiter. Once I passed this interview stage, I was asked to come to Chicago for an office visit. After the office visit there were 3 back to back interviews with a HR rep, districe manager and regional manager. I receicved a call back aprox. 1 week later.
