Old Navy Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Hour long group interview. Mainly play games and do activities to determine your personality type. One of these was to draw the first thing that came to mind and then make up a story with it, linking it to the drawing of the person next to you and so on. They also gave a scenario (Mom looking for back to school clothes for kindergarten daughter) and sent us to pick an outfit.

I filled out the application and dropped it off in the store. I was called in for an interview. There was a group of us in the room for the interview and it was a casual group interview. Everyone answered questions about what they liked about the company and why they would like to work there. Questions regarding experience in customer service were addressed.
