I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Newark, DE) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process took me off guard. They first called and asked me a few questions over the phone such as why did you apply, what can you bring to our company? They then offered me an interview that would be later that week between 3-5 PM. I thought the interview would have been sometime between those two times, but no, it was 2 hours! I mistakenly brought my little sister to shop for a bit at the store next door without realizing she'd have to wait another hour and a half before I could meet with her again. The actual interview is extremely interactive, you have to put together an outfit, be able to point out different sections of the store, etc., all while competing against others in your group (it is a group interview). At the end, they pulled out interviewees by the break room in pairs or singles. When I got pulled out, they told me to come back on a certain date to fill out my paperwork and start training.

Interview
Applied online got a call the same day to come in for a group interview. It was scheduled for the following week because I was still in school. The group interview was really easy and laid back. There were 4 other people with me. At the end of the interview, we picked out an outfit and explained why we choose it and the prices. After we got scheduled for an individual interview which like a basic interview and I was hired then.

Interview
First I was called in for a group interview with an Assistant Manager. There were about eight of us, and we'd go around in a circle and answer each question. This took about 30 minutes. About a week later, I was called in for a one-on-one interview with the store manager. This seemed mostly like a formality; she offered me the job in less than 10 minutes.
