Old Navy Customer Experience Associate- Sellebrity interview questions

The process took about 3 weeks. For a sales associate position, I thought it would probably take them 2 week or so to send out the offer. There are 3 stages. (1) The Job Fair within the store. One day only, 20-30min -A small booth set up at the front of the store, you waited for your turn to be interviewed. -Questions: Why do you think you are the ideal candidate for the job? Give me an example that you have the ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation, etc for Old Navy -After the questions, the staff would ask you to go pick an outfit for the holiday season (I applied during Oct) --1 week later-- (2) Group interview 1.5hour When I got to the store, there were at least 15 people. There were many students, and mothers. -you need to bring a special item that represent yourself and talk about it for a min or two -then you are asked to interact with your group with group activities -again, you are asked to create a winter outfit --1 week later-- (3) Phone interview 5-10min There were 3 situational questions. All related to life experiences. One of which was about how does your best friend has helped you? Aced it. Very simple. I got offered the position immediately.
