I applied within the network as an employee. Getting the interview was easy once I let my manager know about my interest in the position. I interviewed with both the store manager and the district manager (whom I could tell wasn't really interested in interviewing people for the position) the questions were pretty standard and previous to the interview I presented a few of the shops I recently merchandised to show my work.

The experience was pretty great. Very easy process to go through. As long as you answer the questions asked truthfully. You should have zero problems to worry about With your interview.
