Interview
You have to follow up a lot after you interview, but once you interview it's pretty easy. At the first interview, you're with a group, and they treat it like a getting to know you session. It's really casual and low key, and it's the questions are really easy. The second interview is more traditional; you're alone with the manager. My interviewer was okay, she didn't ask any off the wall questions and she basically told me in the interview I got hired. Just act energetic, happy, professional, and have a good availability. Within a week and a half I started training. During the first couple weeks the hours SUCK. Especially seasonal, you start at around 5 hours.

Interview
Applied through simplyhired.com. got an email for their hiring event. Went. The first interview was a quick and brief interview at a table with questions like tell me about yourself. Then went on to the next phase. A group activity we had to see our outfit we had on. Then then either sent you home or you went on the the final interview stage
It was a group interview with several people, about 5 to 8 others, and one manager doing the interviewing. He asked basic interview questions to get to know everyone and to test their skills.

Interview
first interview was very quick. simple and straight to the point. I heard back regarding the second interview by the end of the day. the second interview was a tour of the store and 15 minutes of us being out on the sales floor assisting customers in the way we thought old navy wanted to see.
