I got in contact with the company through a University career fair for Chemical Engineers and happened to received an interview offer with Nutrilite. HR contacted me 3-4 weeks after the career fair, and the process of setting up a scheduled time was simple and hassle-free. Upon arrival Nutrilite will take you on a tour throughout the facility, and then sit you in a room with 3-4 engineers. I was asked typical behavioral questions that involve teamwork, negative reviews that you've received, and work ethics. The technical side consisted of me explaining some of my group projects and chemical labs I've had throughout my career as a student. The interviewers were very kind and respectful and gave most of their attention to me.
