Interview
Standard Questions and a day long interview. Interview was not hard but took all day. I got interviews by 4 people. At the beginning of the day you get assigned a mentor who takes you around and eats lunch with you. You then meet with plant managers and "would-be" peers. Offer was given at the end of day.

Interview
3 rounds of interview - namely with the recruiter, the HR and the Manager. Both the soft skills and the knowledge in the field of nutraceuticals matter during the interview. The interview is in a friendly environment.
