A phone interview happens first, where they ask a series of specific questions for this role. Then if you make it past that you interview with the hiring manager. the third step is a team interview where you meet your team and get to ask them questions about the culture and the hiring manager.

Não me candidatei a uma vaga. Fui prospectado via LinkedIn. Fiz uma conversa inicial por telefone e o RH disse que me retornaria. Após duas semanas de silêncio, enviei mensagem perguntando se o processo seguia ativo mas secamente recebi um retorno de que seguiram com outro candidato. 1- não me candidatei à posição 2- importante ter respeito às pessoas e dar um retorno, principalmente por vocês terem feito o contato inicial. Falta respeito e consideração nessa empresa.
