Nutrien interview questions

Applied on-line, had phone interview with recruiter, coordinator (very weak english coordinated the next video interview with hiring manager), hiring manager said he would have a decision by next week, never heard anything so followed up with recruiter, a decision hadn't been made, followed up with recruiter the following week and found out they had selected someone else. It would have been nice if I hadn't had to keep following up with recruiter and he had of been proactive ad just let me know. There was a lot of unnecessary going back and forth. Also the coordinator and recruiter need to communicate better about the candidate.
