Unprofessional Video Prescreen. I’ve been at this for nearly 30 years and I was absolutely speechless when invited to do this. As a hiring manager in the past, I would always personally read submitted resumes and select suitable candidates for a face to face interview. This online process of flashing a question and giving a candidate a set amount of time to record a video response is so artificial. If Nutrien cannot pick up a phone for a quick personal call or personal interview then it show’s how little they care about their people. Why would anyone want to work for a company who has absolutely no respect for anyone.
