Nutricia interview questions

The internal recruiter called within 2 days of my application and scheduled a phone screening. She asked basic questions about experiences and strengths / weaknesses. The hiring manager then called for phone interview. The in-person interview lasted about 3 hours and consisted of meeting with hiring manager and VP separately. They were both very friendly and welcoming. Most of their questions for me were behavioral type interview questions that applied to aspects of the job and company culture. They had some restructing and delayed hiring for 3 months.

Can be hired based on your experience, expectations and knowledge. 2 Interviews: 1 with HR and 2 with Director.
