Novotel Hotels interview questions

They do mass interviews. It's overwhelming. You get a 5 minute single interview. You get group interviews. Then you get a proper interview. Group interviews are about problem solving and aptitude testing. 5 minutes is kind of a screening process. 1 on 1 is more of a traditional interviews. I guess it finds them good people because I ended up working with good people.
