Novotel Hotels interview questions

I applied thru Accor career website. It took so long for the HR to process (or not processing anything at all) that I decided to email again for the attention of the GM. It worked! They emailed me back the very next day to schedule a Skype interview. Fortunately, I was in Phu Quoc so I scheduled a face-to-face interview. The interview itself was okay, just general questions about yourself. The interviewer was firendly but not dressed and acted professional enough for Accor's standards I must say! The hiring procedure was somewhat unacceptable! At the end of the interview, she said "If you hear from us again you get the job, and otherwise you do not." without informing how long the decision would be made. This is a waste of time for future applicants. and it was for me personally. Salary question - "How much you want?" Really? That's how you phrase your questions? It is not a question at all. I felt like I was bargaining at the night market. Salary range - Extremely underpaid at Novotel Phu Quoc.
